Raw sake is tingly and choppy. But unpasteurized sake doesn't, does it? It has a sweetness like the richness of soy sauce, but it's clean. It's not without its quirks, but it's good. I'm sure those who are interested in a rich, dry sake will like it. Kimoto makes a full-bodied sake. It was cold, but it wasn't strange.
