At first, a soft and slightly sweet umami comes, and you wonder if it is really dry. The umami quickly fades away, and the spiciness comes in from the mid-palate.
In the end, only the spiciness remains, and the aftertaste is very refreshing.
It is delicious in this way, but it may be a little insufficient if you drink it as if it were a Kiraku Naga.
It seems to go well with sashimi.
