When I traveled to Toyama during GW, I happened to stop by a liquor store and found Katsuma. I was so excited.
The taste was very mild, clean, and beautiful. It has a moderate sweetness and umami from the rice, and a moderate bitterness. There are no peculiarities at all, and it goes into your body easily. We enjoyed it with a deep sense of deliciousness.
