This is my first Sentori. It tastes like koji rice, fruity but not too sweet, and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. It's a good drink, but don't drink too much!
This is the first time I have heard the term "domaine-ization.
It means growing, vinifying, and bottling on your own land.
I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the lineup. Thank you for the treat.
