ジョナジョナ
Mikumari no Kami is said to be the god who controls the distribution of water. The phoenix is also said to be the god of water distribution.
The ginjo aroma spreads with a strong bubbling. An honest sweetness lingers on the tongue, then carbonation and juicy acidity merge. The aroma and umami eventually linger on the palate, leaving a rich aftertaste.
It is a sake that should be distributed so as not to cause a fight, or so it is meant to be.
