Banana-like aroma when inhaled. Melon-like aroma on the palate. Soft dry taste, numbness on the tongue. Bitter at the end, with a hint of sweetness.
Shizuoka yeast is used. It is said to be a light and dry sake that goes well with sashimi. So we enjoyed it with a chimera snack of Yaizu's specialty black hanpen with Kiso koji miso.

The brewery's brand name is said to be associated with the birthplace of Yui Masayuki, who plotted the overthrow of the Edo Shogunate. The brewery is the kind of brewery that makes conversation lively.
