This is a premium sake that we also drank at the October sake tasting event.
Fumotwi: "Fumotwi," "Namahashime," "Doubottobin," "Junmai Daiginjo," "Yamadanishiki," and "Chukadori.
The aroma is mild but sweet. It was said to be made from the "Namo Hashiroshi" method, but it had a caramel-like aroma that passed through my nose, and I felt it was matured.
I used to think it was a very good sweet flavor and I liked it, but I will have to check it out again 😁.
