This sake is made with yeast No. 6. A little light at Tsuchida, but full-bodied with amino acid sweetness.
◉Research brew 33 Thuchida12, brewed with No. 7 yeast.
Bitter and bitter with a low citric acidity. It has a sweetness, but it is not very refreshing.
Thuchida Bodai Moto x Nama Moto
Sour and bitter. A little spicy, with a lactic acidity from the sake yeast.
When I explained to the customers that we make a lot of unique sakes, the brewer corrected me by saying that we are abnormal 🤣.
I said to the brewer, "It's great that you are all abnormal people" and he said, "I've never been surrounded by so many people before.
It seems there are a lot of abnormal people in the street who like to drink perverted drinks 😁.
I showed him a picture of the Honor Kunimitsu I used to drink and he said "Oh, I miss it. They don't make it now, so it's rare," he told me.
