Maruhi山廃純米 ひやおろし

This is the second bottle of hiyaoroshi this year. Probably this is the last.
Maybe because I was drinking a sour sake before this one, I can't tell the sourness.
The aroma is mild, but has a strong citrus aroma.
Taste is sugar water with apple juice.
There is also an aroma and taste of baked apples in the latter half, perhaps due to the aging process.
