Shinsei No.6 X-type
The aroma is a little strong with a hint of alkali.
It has a strong acidity and a pleasant sweetness, as if it were made using a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast! Slightly sweet and acidic, but quite well balanced! It's a little too sweet and acidic, but it's quite well-balanced!
I'm so glad I'm in a position to be able to purchase it... I will continue to drink and learn more! 🙇
