I was looking forward to this new Hououmida!
The aroma is sour and sweet, with a pineapple-like aroma that is typical of Hououmida. The taste is a beautiful sake, with a hint of sweetness and a rather bitter undertone. The bitterness is not unpleasant, and it is not a lingering taste that disappears quickly. It is interesting and delicious. The flavor is modest, but it seems to go with everything with meals. It can be drunk on its own, but I think it is better with a meal. Can't wait to see how it evolves in the future! Thank you.
