Hiraijojo Super Dry Junmai Ginjo Seishu
60% 16% Maikaze 720ml, about 1350 yen
We bought it at a roadside station on our way home from golf in Gunma from Tokyo.
The Hiraijojo's unpasteurized sake was so-so when I bought it before, but how about this one with fire-roasted sake? I gave it a 4 star rating.
Now, we opened the bottle.
The first sip went in smoothly and without resistance. The first sip was easy to take. It has no depth or flavor.
It doesn't have any depth or flavor, but it doesn't taste very good even if you keep drinking it. The taste is sharp and dry.
The Maikaze is characterized by a refreshing finish, but it is a pity that the riceiness is gone.
It was full of richness and juicy grape-like flavors, so I wondered how it came to be like this when it was fired up.
There's nothing wrong with it, so I give it a low 3 stars.
I wish more of this brewery's "Ryukiki" was available in the market.
