It is a limited edition sake only available once a year in early spring. It is a refreshing ogara-mi sake with a good balance of acidity and umami that does not make you feel that it is a -7 sake. ‼️ The freshness and shwashiness are very good.
I still like orikarami type sake. ✌︎('omega')✌︎
