Evening drink at home.
January is almost over...so I drink some of the new sake that I had in stock.

The first bottle was a bottle of SAKASEN Hatsushibori Hatsushibori Hi-ireire. The first bottle is the Hatsu Shibori Hatsushibori (fire-brewed) Sake from last year.
It tastes a little more subdued than the original sake.
