Long time no see, a local sake shop in Shimizu. I thought it was gone, but it was normal, huh? Is that how it is? I thought it would be more fruity and sweet. Rather ordinary. I saw a lot of tweets about sake, like melon, fruity, sweet, etc., so I guess I expected too much. This brand is a place that releases seasonal sake in a flurry, so it's easy for them to stand out in the sake Twitter community, and their comments are all side-splitting and safe. Junmai Daiginjo for under 2,000 yen including tax is good.
I drank some sake last night that was left in my glass for a whole day and didn't finish it, and it was delicious. I had thought that this kind of unpasteurized sake would deteriorate quickly and become tasteless. Maybe it is ready to drink when it is left at room temperature with the bottle open. My impression after drinking it was that I expected it to be on the level of "Furen no Freiren (Funeral)" in this season's anime, but it was just the apothecary's soliloquy. It tastes good, but it is to be expected.
