Don't underestimate it when you say "Josen".
It is a delicious sake with no unpleasant taste.
Toyooka in Hyogo Prefecture is famous for its bags, but at one time it was the center of the Northern Kinki region, so much so that Toyooka Prefecture was formed.
We had a cup of sake in a light rain at a castle there.
It was a nice experience.
