I watched a TV food reporter eating sashimi and calling out "Amai~" repeatedly. The lack of vocabulary is just too much. It wasn't wartime, and I thought, "If you appreciate sweetness so much, just lick some sugar. Now that I've finished spitting out my poison, let's have a drink. If you drink alcohol and spit out your poison, you are called a bad drunk, but if you drink alcohol after spitting out your poison, you are not a bad drunk (you have a bad character). The first bubbly nigori in a while was bittersweet, sweet, and had a nice aroma. It had a nice sharpness, probably due to the addition of alcohol. This is how an arugula should be. It still seems to have the aftereffects of the Corona, so I can't taste the fine flavors and aroma, but I think it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed by anyone.
