YULimited edition sake from the brewery sold at "Only", a direct sales outlet attached to the brewery in Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture. Only junmai daiginjo and junmai sake are sold.
I was excited to see how different it was from the many other brands... Yum! The acidity is strong!
The sweetness with a little foaminess is the usual Kangiku. The sourness from the first taste comes and then the sweetness comes again.
It was worth the hour drive lol.
