It has a very well-balanced and gentle taste with a faint sweet aroma and a hint of sweetness.
It goes well with sashimi and simmered flounder. Isn't it too flexible to go well with yellowtail sashimi, red shrimp, and negitoro, and to go well with simmered dishes?
I drank it for the first time in a Fukushima sake grab bag, and it is extremely tasty. I will try another Hanaharu sake.
