[I left Shima & Coffe & Sake and went to the venue for today's drink 🚶.
When I entered the restaurant a little before the start time, the party had already started and I thought I was late😅.
We found out that there was no sake at all last time, so we checked with the secretary and brought in 2 bottles of Yongo (four-pack) 🤣.
First of all, since it was the opening of the party, we opened the first bottle of the shuwashu one and had a saké 🍶.
Hana no Mai Abyss
It has a slight sweetness with a hint of rice malt, a sparkling gas feeling at the mouth, and a dry taste with a clean umami flavor, which finishes with a refreshing aftertaste, almost like a rather dry champagne.
Later I found out that it is brewed with Burgundy yeast, so the Champagne-like taste may be due to this 🤔.
This is a bottle I bought in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where I went for GW!
I poured it around to my other colleagues and it was gone in no time 🥰.
