Sake that was sleeping at my senior's house. The label is faint and almost unreadable, but it is probably Honjozo. I don't even know when it was made.
Strong aroma of maturity. No sense of twist. It has a deliciously spicy and quite refreshing aftertaste. It was only drunk at room temperature due to the small quantity, but it was very good. It was delicious.
