It is about lukewarm (the owner's choice for warming).
It has a slight alcohol smell, which is typical of heated sake.
The creaminess has a significant impact first, followed by the sweetness and umami of the rice, and then the spiciness comes in with a nice sharpness.
It has a good balance and is easy to drink.
It is a good food sake that goes well with croquettes and grilled fish (croquettes went better).
As it cools, it becomes sweeter. It is a well-made Yamahai sake suitable for warming up (I haven't had it, but it seems to be good at room temperature as well).
