WAKAZETHE CLASSIC
つきたて
On the French connection, Ca Va? This is a song by Vicke Blanca. I kind of like the lyrics, "I don't even know what I don't know."
Almost no sweetness, a little umami, nice acidity! No bitterness! So it's easy to drink!
If I were to describe it as a white wine, I would say it is a white without astringency. Personally, I like it a lot.
I think it is Yamamoto's pounding type. It made me realize that I like acidic drinks.
To be honest, I did not expect much, but it was delicious. I was thinking that French alcohol was just a bad idea, but I was wrong! I was surprised.

Good evening, Tsutsumitate-san.
You drank WAKAZE, didn't you? It has a characteristic sourness, doesn't it?
The nigori I got had a little bitterness after the second day.

Good morning, purple pride. I was curious and drank it. I felt the acidity was different from the sake I have had before. I can't try it after the second day because I drank it all, but if it tastes bitter, the result might be okay.
