This is my first time drinking Haneya at home, which I have had many times when drinking outside. It is a mild and gentle sake. On a summer day, you can enjoy it on the rocks and savor its delicious flavor. Today's dinner was ponzu-flavored pork shabu-shabu, and it can be drunk forever as a food sake. According to past check-ins, the aroma will settle down after a few days. I'll enjoy a little change over the three-day weekend.
