On a visit to Nasu, we hit a miso and sake store on the way to a famous cheesecake store. The master was very personable, and we went over our budget to purchase additional items. The taste is fruity with a slightly stronger acidity. I did not detect that much melon on the label. It is a delicious sake, but my palate is still too inexperienced to appreciate the quality of Nakadori.
The cospa is very good and the master who recommended it to me is the best. I will definitely crash there again when I visit Nasu!
