The aroma is of vinegar-iso type + a faint smell of alcohol.
Gentle sweetness, beautiful acidity, and a clean taste! It's so light and easy to drink that it's hard to believe that it's alky and 15 degrees 😉.
I wish I could drink Kanji limited brands this season! ☺️
