The 8th SAKE festival in Yurakucho.
I got there in the afternoon and was able to get in without standing in line. But the venue was crowded 😄.
Each brewery has its own booth, so we aimed for the empty booths 👀.
We hit up A-Sakura 👉!
The name Hyakuda is a new sake rice from Akita Prefecture 🌾 I had never heard of it before 🙄.
It's sake 🍶.
I feel the sweetness is strong 😚.
But it is not heavy, clean and refreshing, and goes down the throat nicely.
The ginjo aroma is mellow and enjoyable.
Momota, it seems to be a promising rice for sake brewing. ☺️
