disry
I stopped by Hankyu in Oimachi and discovered a new brand from the rumored Naeba Sake Brewery. Now, I wonder how it differs from the brewed forest.
The aroma is banana. Classical sake aroma. No gassiness.
I think I saw some advance information that it is sweet, and it is indeed sweet at the beginning! But it quickly subsides, so there is no unpleasant sensation. A little sourness.
In the second half, the sweetness and acidity are quickly broken, followed by a strong sense of alcohol.
According to the brewer, this is a more food-friendly wine than Kozo Mori, and it is certainly easier to pair with meals. It is indeed easy to pair with meals, but it is a bit too classical for my taste.
