First issue.
I don't often choose dry sake, but I thought I would buy something that I don't drink often sometimes.
As the name "Umakara" suggests, it is dry, but you can taste the umami of the rice. It has umami, but it doesn't get in the way of the meal.
Today I had bamboo shoot rice and grilled black hanpen. It was delicious.
