This is the first time to drink Morishima. The bottle was opened with a hi-iru Yamada-Nishiki.
It has a soft and light flavor that fits smoothly on the tongue. It has a well-balanced flavor that can be easily matched with various flavors of food, giving the impression that it would be good as a food sake.
I would like to try another Morishima made with a different rice. Delicious: ❗️
