It is a good food sake with a sharp, dry taste but with a hint of sweetness. It goes well with motsu-ni (stewed motsu) and yakitori (grilled chicken). It also goes well with octopus sashimi, but it is a winner with sea bream sashimi. It is delicious. ★★☆☆☆☆
