There is not much aroma. Maybe a little lemon. When you put it in your mouth, it feels like a lemon. After a small amount of sweetness, there is a considerable amount of sourness. After that, a strong bitterness comes and finishes. On the first day, the bitterness was strong, and I had the impression that it would change a little. On the second day, the umami taste is fuller than on the first day, and the acidity and bitterness recede. The impression has changed a lot. It is a food sake that goes well with salads, kimchi, boiled and soaked vegetables, dumplings, and many other dishes. Although it is jun-dai, it is a low-end, standard product at a purely jun-dai brewery, and one should not be overly conscious of (or expect) that it is jun-dai. It is basically a refreshing mid-meal sake. There is not so much of a low-alcohol feel to it personally. As was the case with Sari, my personal impression of 13° and 14° is quite different.
