It's a little photoshopped👎, but it is Shizuoka's Shoyuki. It is a junmai ginjo made with Aizan, and has a sourness and pear-like aroma. The sweetness and sharpness are well balanced and refreshing down the throat. It can be served with sashimi, of course, but also with Western food. I think it goes especially well with gratin in a glass of wine. Delicious 😋.
