A wonderful yakitori evening in Naha, Okinawa. The chef and owner is originally from Akita so there was a proud presentation of this heritage. Some really great sake. And pairing so well with the carefully prepared yakitori. Aramasa 2024, very pleasing and happy. Incredibly fruity but still in a fresh way, thanks to a citruslike acidity. Happy to have the opportunity to try it!
