We were divided into two tables.
There were 6 of us, myself, Umaisan, kan, Rafa, tomo, and Kaorin.
Hirupeko, Yasube, Kyuzo and Masha.
Hirupeko's table had ordered several kinds of heated sake and they were served in small bottles 😳.
Here's a little bit of the sake we got to share!
I couldn't find any information about it on a search, but it looks like it's from the Chitose Tsuru brand of Japanese sake.
I wonder if it's an original product of the sake cost brewery?
It's aged for 10 years and has a strong sense of maturity. It looks like Shaoxing sake...
