A fashionable stag beetle was also served. We were told that it would gush with shuwashu, so we carefully opened the bottle even though we were drunk.

It has a shuwa shuwa mouthfeel and not so much sweetness. It is quite dry. You can drink it with a gulp because it's so shwashy.
The one I had before was very much like a honey lemon, but I didn't have that image this time.
