I tried it in four temperature ranges: cold sake, cold, lukewarm and hot.
Chilled sake: Singer's unique flavor and the heavy alcohol content of the original sake.
Chilled: The sensation of richness and body that I felt with chilled sake is softened and the taste is easy to drink. It's good.
Warmed: This is a great warmed-up version that shows its true colors and flavors. It has no bad taste at all.
Perhaps it's because it's an old syochu liqueur, but it has a deep, rich flavor.
Warmed: Not at all quirky.
Personally, I like it best when it's lukewarm. Can be drunk indefinitely.
