I've been drinking it for a while now, looking for something to bring to my mom at my parents' house. It tastes like the top of a slightly fermented amazake that has been gently scooped up with both hands 🤲 It tastes sour, sweet and clear water. I like this...I think I'll have this. I don't need an entrée because I think the taste of the entrée will overpower the taste of the entrée. I think I'll just have some edamame or chilled tofu!
