This is the Shikishima trifecta. This is a sake with the label of the old version of the revived Shikishima. The owner of the sake shop explained that it was a very dry sake, but it was not that dry. It was not so much. It started out tangy and dry, but later on it tasted sweet and not like old-fashioned sake. 1,540 yen

Shikishima It's a sake from Aichi prefecture 😊 It has a nice sharp and clean aftertaste 😁.

Thank you for your comment, kan. The owner of the liquor store emphasized the dryness of the wine, so I thought the ladies in my family who like sweet wine might not like it, but although it was dry, it tasted good with a sweet aftertaste.
