I thought I would hold out until the end of the year, but I couldn't resist and opened the bottle.
When I opened the bottle, it started to swish around, and the cloudiness that had settled in the bottle looked like snowflakes dancing in the air. I should have taken a video...
It has a nice mouthfeel, and although it is sweet and a little spicy, the sizzle is spoiled by the acidity. Delicious. This brewery never fails me.
