This is a sparkling sake with an impressive aftertaste of acidity. It has a sweetness and thickness on the palate that I thought was juicy, but it was a little weak, and what impressed me the most was the swooshiness and the lingering strong acidity. It was a refreshing sake with a strong lingering acidity that blew away the juiciness. The sharpness was strong and light, but the taste was umami and interesting.
