I found this at a convenience store in Toyama, where I was on a business trip!
There were two other types of ginjo, a honjozo and a junmai ginjo, but I chose the ginjo in the middle because my boss was buying me a drink.
As soon as I opened the cup, the aroma spread quickly!
The subtle sweetness and umami spread in the mouth, leaving a strong aftertaste before disappearing.
It is delicious!
I think I will buy some as a souvenir for myself.
