It is a Marusi of Hourai. It has a slightly strong alcohol content of 19%. But this strong feeling matches the flavor of the sake and it is very delicious. Since Hourai has been a favored sake during a difficult time, it is a lenient evaluation, but it is delicious even if you don't have a favorable opinion of it. It won the first prize in the National Sake Competition Special Award. It goes with everything, but if it is me, I would like to have blue cheese, liver, and albino nabe.
