Ryuki Junmai Ginjo Momoiro Unfiltered Nama Akita Sake Komachi is a 55% polished junmai ginjo sake made from 100% Akita sake Komachi.
The use of red yeast gives it a natural color and a citrus-like acidity and fruity fruitiness.
This sake has a beautiful momo-iro color. As the color suggests, it has a sourness reminiscent of yogurt or pink grapefruit, and a sweetness that one would not expect from a sake. It is a clear, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that is pressed thoroughly in the tank.
