Yeast used: In-house yeast Brewing alcohol included Color Slightly yellow Aroma Aroma of ripe strawberries Taste Normal attack, light, refreshing, and easy to drink Sweetness is the most noticeable, sourness and bitterness are about the same strength. The aroma in the nose is stronger than the taste. Aftertaste Sweetness and bitterness remain good as a food wine Fat Easy to drink, with a nice aroma, and the good parts of the sake stand out, so I thought it was a very good use of brewer's alcohol. It is a very tasty sake.
