π°It has been a long time since I made this.
I miss drinking it when I first started getting into sake and being impressed with how good it tasted!
Much fresher and less sweet than the Saku series I have had.
The smell is a little alcoholic. There is also a sense of melon. There is a presence of rice and a sharpness. It is also delicious, but I prefer the more orthodox Saku.
