It has a thick and satisfying taste with a full-bodied flavor of rice.
It also has a slight bitterness.
It might be good with dried fish or grilled fish!
Kawatsuru Shuzo only had "Sanuki Kuraudei," which is the exact opposite of what I've tasted before 🤪.
