Vice Shogun Junmai Ginjo
This sake is made by Meiri Shuzui, the birthplace of Ogawa yeast. This sake also uses Association yeast M310. The aroma is gorgeous. In the mouth, it is a classic type of heavy sake. It is said that the taste of wine is determined by the grapes of the year, while the taste of sake is determined by the master brewer.
