According to the back of the label, it is made with yeast that produces a lot of malic acid. It is not a type of sourness, but you can still feel the acidity. If I were to exaggerate, I would say that the refreshing taste is Xylitol type. But it doesn't give off a chemical impression! Maybe it's because of the pull of the malic acid, but there's also a somewhat green apple feeling.
As the day goes on, there is almost no bitterness in the aftertaste. Mild flavor!
