Memorandum for myself
I have always preferred to buy snowmen, but come to think of it, I had not yet had a classic solid, so I bought one.
I was told that there are two types of solid: modern and classic, and this time it is modern.
When the bottle was opened, the cork opened vigorously, as is typical for a fresh sake.
When poured into a glass, the color was almost transparent and smooth.
The aroma was not so strong.
In the mouth, the sweetness was felt first. The sweetness was felt first, followed by the umami and acidity, and finally, it was beautifully sharp.
I have the impression that Sengoku sake has a strong acidity, and I wondered if I would be okay with it, as I am not very good at acidity. However, the acidity was not as pronounced as I expected and the sake was very easy to drink.
Would I drink it again?
I have already experienced it once, so I think I am done with it.
